COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT: 

As of Feb 1, 2021:

Due to the current ongoing pandemic please allow a bit of extra time for your made-to-order piece. That allows us to give the various folks that help us get pieces made, the time to do their work safely and it allows us to conduct business with our vendors via USPS/UPS/FedEx, rather than in person. 

If the item you've purchased is available in-stock then it will ship within 2 days! Please read the lead-time information in the listing for further information. If you have any questions at all, please email directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What if my piece needs repair?

We thoroughly check every piece before it leaves the studio to ensure you’re receiving a quality item that will last a lifetime. Please email us a photo of your piece and we’ll do our best to get it repaired. In most cases we’ll provide a return label for your items and get it fixed and returned to you ASAP. Repairs that are outside normal wear and tear outside the first year of purchase will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

Can I order a ring in a 1/2 size?

Absolutely! And 1/4 as well. Just send us an email with your order and we will confirm the correct size.

What if I want something in a finish or metal that you don’t offer? Or with a stone added?

Easy! Send us an email with your request and will get back to you with a quote for that request.
